If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery or if there any shortages, you should notify Mercia Electrical Solutions Ltd in writing via email within 48 hours. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check all goods for damages & shortages within 48 hours. Outside this time, no
claims will be accepted.

Mercia Electrical Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred due to delayed delivery, faulty goods or shortages such as electrician’s fees etc. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
